Hace mucho que no actualizo el blog. Bueno... la razón es que tengo detenida Detective Puzzle temporalmente. La razón es muy simple, solo vendi 3 copias del capitulo 2 en casi 2 meses. Me gusta mucho la serie y no quiero paralizar el proyecto para siempre, pero no puedo gastar 2 meses de mi vida en dibujar algo para ganar sobre 10€ por ello. El tema es... que no se donde esta el problema. Quizás a la gente que leyo el capitulo 1 no le gusto lo suficiente como para pillar el 2, o quizás la gente no sabe que fue lanzado por que no aparecio el suficiente tiempo en la portada de Chubold o algo asi... O puede que no le guste mi estilo de dibujo. No lo se, y no se tengo que estar enfadado conmigo mismo o que hacer.
Por eso voy a tomarme un descanso de detectives y voy a probar un nuevo estilo de dibujo. Voy a finalizar una vieja historia de un samurai y su sensei para probar las reacciones de la gente. Si gusta quizás mantenga el estilo para un futuro, pero no para Detective Puzzle, no puedo cambiar el estilo de dibujo enmedio de la historia.

Is long time I don't update the blog with any information. Well... this is cause Detective Puzzle is temporarily stoped. The reason is very simple, I only sold 3 copies of the chapter 2 in almost 2 moths. I like Detective puzzle and I don't want to paralyze the proyect forever, but I can't espend 2 moths of my life to draw something to get about 15$. The thing is... I don't know where is the problem. Maybe people readed the chapter 1 and din't like enough to brough the chapter 2 also, maybe a din't know is released cause was not enough time in Chubold main webpage or something like that... or maybe people din't like my dawing style? I don't know if I have to be pissed with myself or what.
That is why I gonna take a break from the detective thing for test new drawing styles. I gonna finish a old story about a samurai and his sensei to test it agains people and wait his reactions. If like maybe I gonna keep it for a future, but don't for Detective Puzzle, I can't change the art style in the half of the story.

Chapter 3 status: Storyboard 40/40 100%
El storyboard del capitulo 3 (y 4) estan completados, de hecho lleva un tiempo hecho pero me tome un respiro tras eso para viciar el Killzone 2 ^^U y por que acabe un poco cansado de hilar la historia.
En otro orden de cosas, tras hablar con el chico de Chubold, parece ser que por problemas con el servidor no puede realizar descuentos por packs como estaba previsto. Me comenta que es posible que dentro de un tiempo se pueda hacer tras una actualización de su servidor, pero hasta entonces tendreis que conformaros con un descuento de 2$ en el precio del episodio 1.

Detective Puzzle chapter 2
Por fin esta el capitulo 2 a disposición de quien lo quiera adquirir. Para ello solo tienes que entrar en www.chubold.com y añadirlo al carrito. El episodio son 20 paginas y cuesta 6.95$ (un poco menos en el cambio a euro) y aunque se ve que se le olvido y en estos momentos no esta, pero quien no tenga el capitulo primero podra adquirir un pack con ambos capitulos por 11.95. Igualmente el capitulo primero bajara a 5.95$.

Detective Puzzle some random things
Lamento que no este todavía el episodio 2, pero ya es algo que no esta en mis manos, si no en las del chico de Chubold. Ignoro la razón por la que esta tardando tando, pero tampoco quiero agobiarlo con prisas, más cuando lo hace por amor al arte, es decir, me ayuda con la traducción al ingles y lo pone en la web todo gratis. Confio en que este muy pronto.
El groso del storyboard del capitulo 3 esta practicamente terminado, de todos modos no voy a ponerme a dibujar hasta que tenga tambien el capitulo 4 para asi poder hacer todos los ajustes oportunos. Esto me llevara un poco más pero despues sera una fase que podre saltarme cuando empiece con dicho capitulo.

Aunque todavía no esta online el episodio 2, ya estoy trabajando en el 3. Por ahora estoy enfrancado en el storyboard. La historia que a grandes rasgos ya esta totalmente esbozada en mi cabeza promete tener sexo e intriga a partes iguales, pero estos dias estaba pensando como meter todo lo que quiero contar en un solo capitulo. Lamentablemente me veo en la imposibilidad de realizar eso, es demasiado para solo 20 paginas, por lo que me temo que se va a extender a 2. Lo bueno es que esto me da más margen para contar mejor la historia y meter más paginas de sexo extras.

2008 Gallery: Gouken
Como dije hace un mes o asi, me quedaba por poner la galeria del pasado 2008. Lamentablemente no la pude poder, no solo por falta de tiempo, tambien por que el servidor en el que estan alojadas todas las imágenes me dejara de dar servicio en unos dias, por lo que hasta que este solucionado no me voy a preocupar en otras cosas. Por lo pronto y para que no me olvideis los que no comprais los comics aqui teneis una de esas imágenes del año pasado, aprovechando que acaba de ser lanzado el Street Fighter IV.
Sobre el dibujo, aunque pueda parecer descuidado en algunos aspectos (el trazo grueso y poco uniforme) en realidad intentaba imitar (con no tan buenos resultados como esperaba) al dibujante oficial del juego, que usa pincel grueso y queda un dibujo entre boceto y dibujo antiguo japones.
Mira ambos dibujos, el de arriba y el de abajo, tienen una pequeña diferencia ;)

A moth ago I said I was looking to upload the 2008 gallery. I regret I can't do it, not only cause I got not time, also because the server are all image allowed will shup ut the service for me in few days. Cause of that I will not worry on that till I fount a new site where to upload everything. To refresh your memory about me I upload here a artwork from the 2008, taking the oppotunity of the recent released of the new Street Fighter IV on consoles.
About the illustration, this will look careless in some aspect (traced thick and low accurrated) but I tryed to imitate (with worst result that expected) the oficial illutrator from the game than uses a thick brush and look at half way between sketch an acient japanese drawings.
Check bot drawings, up and down, have a small difference ;)

Ya doy por terminado el capitulo 2, tras esto solo me queda traducirlo al ingles y despues darselo a mi amigo de chubold.com para que revise mi traducción, que como sabeis es muy mejorable. Espero que en cosa de unos pocos dias ya podais adquirirlo.

Detective Puzzle Chapter 2: 95%
Casi tengo terminado el episodio 2. Se retraso un poco más de lo esperado por varios motivos. El primero es que decidi añadir una pagina más. Esto no quiere decir que ahora tenga 21, sigue teniendo 21, pero despues de terminar me sabia mal por que pensaba que los personajes hablaban demasiado y tenian poco sexo, asi que decidi sustituir una pagina que tenia reservada para un pin-up y convertirla en parte del encuentro sexual de este capitulo. La segunda razón es que decidi añadir más detalle en el decorado que estaba muy vacio. Espero que para dentro de unos dias este terminado.

Detective Puzzle Chapter 2 Scan & clean: 20/20 (100%)
Ya termine esta fase, sin duda la más coñazo de todas, pero ya paso. Ya solo queda la parte donde se aplican las sombras y texturas para dar un acabado más vivo y ameno. Seguramente lo tenga terminado en menos de una semana.
